Good attentive services. After care instructions and expectations for use of a catheter could be better explained. Especially what to do in the case of low flow or in the case of a blockage.

I am beyond impressed with Dr Eldaif.
I have been cleared for non extroneous HRT. My cancer Dr. in Jacksonville usually requires patients to bring a letter telling what can and cannot be done, and be consulted. However, when I told them who my urologist was, my doctor said they were familiar with his work and that it would not be necessary. My mind was blown! The nurse said that was very rare and I was ver fortunate to have Dr. Eldaif as my doctor. I said not fortunate, blessed!

Dr. Eldaif literally saved my life.
Even my endocrinologist was impressed, said most urologist would have missed it.
But because of him my prostate cancer was caught in time. It was on the threshhold of my seminal vesticules (?) and on the verge of matastasizing.
I recieved Proton Beam Therapy at UF Health Proton Therapy Institute in Jax and this past May I celebrated 3 years cancer free! God Bless you Dr. Eldiaf!

Dr. Eldiaf is awesome. Joe, his ass't. Is also awesome at his job spent extra time to keep me from stressing. The staff is very professional and takes time to make you feel welcome.
After other Dr's said I need roto- rooter procedure Dr. Eldiaf did the Resume and I am doing great.
Would recommend him and his staff to everyone who needs a urologist.

The P.A. did not give the treatment we expected on the first visit but did make four additional appointments for me to come back. When we later phoned to cancel those appointments no one would answer the phone or return our calls to respond. This was even so on seven phone attempts to reach them over several days. Nobody answers the phone at this doctor's office.
