I'm still wiating on you all to call me back related to the prescription the PA ordered for me. I was called by the front desk assistant after a recent feedback report, but she didn't provide any concrete information. It was just a follow-up call based on my feedback. The PA stated to the Medical Assistant, and I will paraphrase, "Please call Express Scripts and see if we can get the meds approved. Call the patient back with the response." I have called Express Scripts, and there is no record of a request for the meds dosage. Also, in my portal/app, I can see all prior auths and quantity limits over ride request. So, before you call me back, I would like to know the status of the PA's request, when you called Express Scripts, and, if possible, a copy of the request form. I have been sitting back waiting for a call, and nothing. But, I did receive a bill from you all, where I made an appointment just to come in and talk about the meds with the PA. So basically, I have a bill for a visit, and it doesn't seem like anything has been accomplished. I'm hoping the PA and Dr gets a chance to see this communciations.

Good attentive services. After care instructions and expectations for use of a catheter could be better explained. Especially what to do in the case of low flow or in the case of a blockage.

After 6 weeks of trying to get care and being in pain, the office has canceled 3 appointments in a row.

The office staff never answers the phone or emails. My doctor submitted a referral several times and I got no response from this office. After a trip to the ER and a month of trying to get an appointment for care, I went to the office in person. I was given an appointment and showed up for it. After waiting in the office for 15 minutes, I was told it was canceled. My next appointment was canceled via text message the night before. This office is a joke.

I am beyond impressed with Dr Eldaif.
I have been cleared for non extroneous HRT. My cancer Dr. in Jacksonville usually requires patients to bring a letter telling what can and cannot be done, and be consulted. However, when I told them who my urologist was, my doctor said they were familiar with his work and that it would not be necessary. My mind was blown! The nurse said that was very rare and I was ver fortunate to have Dr. Eldaif as my doctor. I said not fortunate, blessed!

They simply do not take calls or call back. so there wld be no need to use this practice unless you like to be totally frustrated especially if you've received test results that need quick attention like a urinary back up swollen kidney from that back up and possible infection.
