Don’t even bother they never call you back. The staff is awful rude. They don’t know how to treat people. They don’t answer the phone. It’s impossible to get an appointment going with another practice one that’s professional and actually answers the phone.

If there was a less than a one star, I would give it. My husband went into surgery on a Monday was an extreme pain all night ended up in the ER because the office couldn’t call back left three messages. Nobody ever called back kept calling kept calling they don’t pick up the phone. They don’t answer emails. They never answer at all and when you do finally get a call back you’re usually in the hospital by then and then they’ll tell you oh they were too busy which tells me they don’t give a crap about people or their patients how can you be too busy for a patient that you had surgery with on Monday? That is now in the hospital on Wednesday this office has zero compassion and zero care for people if you like to be treated like you’re at the DMV this is the place for you. Would never recommend this office to anybody stay away stay far far away.

Worst experience ever off of stuff never picks up the phone and they never call you back. Had surgery on Monday was an extreme pain. Left three messages for the office with zero. Call back when they finally call back. I was told they were too busy which means they don’t give a crap about the patient that they just gave surgery to. Nobody followed up. Nobody cared. This is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend not going here. They don’t care about you you’re just a number

AT A VERY WORRISOME TIME, i WENT INTO THE OFFICE APPREHENSIVE AND SCARED. AFTER MY WIFE AND AI LEFT, WE WERE100 % SATISFIED WITH HOW WE WERE TREATED, HOW WE WERE CAREFULLY EXPLAINED TO WHICH GREATLY HELPED TO UNDERSTOOD MY CONDITION. CANCER IS NEVER, EVER A NICE WORD TO HEAR. i LEFT THE OFFICE VERY MUCHAT EASED. THANKS TO ALL. Don

Whether it’s in person or over the phone, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The overall flow of the office is very efficient from the initial greeting, treatment, and ending with a clear plan and a follow up appointment.

I'm still wiating on you all to call me back related to the prescription the PA ordered for me. I was called by the front desk assistant after a recent feedback report, but she didn't provide any concrete information. It was just a follow-up call based on my feedback. The PA stated to the Medical Assistant, and I will paraphrase, "Please call Express Scripts and see if we can get the meds approved. Call the patient back with the response." I have called Express Scripts, and there is no record of a request for the meds dosage. Also, in my portal/app, I can see all prior auths and quantity limits over ride request. So, before you call me back, I would like to know the status of the PA's request, when you called Express Scripts, and, if possible, a copy of the request form. I have been sitting back waiting for a call, and nothing. But, I did receive a bill from you all, where I made an appointment just to come in and talk about the meds with the PA. So basically, I have a bill for a visit, and it doesn't seem like anything has been accomplished. I'm hoping the PA and Dr gets a chance to see this communciations.

Good attentive services. After care instructions and expectations for use of a catheter could be better explained. Especially what to do in the case of low flow or in the case of a blockage.
